Do we need to buy anything new?
Usually not. Most of what we do runs on Microsoft 365 and tools you already pay for. If something new would genuinely help, we'll explain why and what it costs first.
Is it safe to put our business information into AI?
It depends on the tool and how it's set up. That's exactly what the AI Readiness Check looks at. Free tools and business tools handle your data very differently.
We're only a small team. Is this worth it for us?
Yes. Smaller teams usually get the biggest wins because a couple of hours saved each week makes a real difference. We keep the scope small and focus on what pays off first.
How much does it cost?
The AI Readiness Check is a fixed price. Copilot setup and automations are quoted as fixed price projects once we know what you need.
Do we have to be a managed IT client?
No. Anyone can book the AI Readiness Check or a project. Managed clients can have ongoing AI governance included in their plan.
