SUPPORT RATES

At Coast IT, we offer transparent and competitive pricing for all our services. Below are our hourly rates for clients with and without Managed Service Agreements (MSA).

MSA Clients*
  • Standard Rate (Business Hours): $120/hr
  • After Hours Rate: $180/hr
  • Emergency Rate: $240/hr
Non-MSA Clients
  • Standard Rate (Business Hours): $150/hr
  • After Hours Rate: $220/hr
  • Emergency Rate: $300/hr
Rate Definitions:
  • Standard Rate (Business Hours): This rate applies to routine technical support provided within business hours and will be responded to according to our service level agreements (SLAs).
  • After Hours Rate: This rate covers any support or scheduled project work performed outside of business hours, including weekends.
  • Emergency Rate (Onsite or Remote, any time): This rate applies to urgent, short-notice support not covered by the MSA, as well as any technical assistance required on public holidays.

*These rates apply to any adds, moves, or changes to network infrastructure, project work, or technical support not already included in your MSA. Please refer to your Managed Service Agreement for more details.

All services have a minimum charge of 1 hour, except for Emergency Support, which has a minimum charge of 2 hours.
